Project Overview
This upscale renovation transformed the Braemar Country Club's dining experience with a complete bar and grill remodel encompassing the lounge, service area, and restroom facilities. The centerpiece is an elevated concrete deck constructed on piles and grade beams, creating an expansive outdoor patio featuring decorative trellis work, sophisticated outdoor lighting, elegant glass railings, stone flooring, and a dramatic natural gas lateral fire pit. Mid-construction, the owners requested removal of structural columns and exterior walls to enhance views of the golf course—a significant change requiring additional foundation work and structural framing redesign that TG Construction executed seamlessly while maintaining schedule.
