Project Overview
This comprehensive Design-Build exterior renovation transformed the aesthetics of the iconic Disneyland Hotel. The scope included painting, decorative roof cornice show molding pieces, coated metal panels at vertical columns, flags and banners, sunburst medallions, and intricate lattice work throughout. Additional elements included new exterior lighting systems, grill entry and awning installations, thematic applications reflecting Disney heritage, and fabric scrim elements. This represented the most extensive exterior remodeling and makeover since the hotel was first built, refreshing the property's appearance to match Disney's evolving brand standards while preserving its classic California resort character.
