Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Project Overview
This complex two-package project brought the beloved Winnie the Pooh characters to life at Disneyland. The demolition package included removing the existing theater structure and building a new concrete ride track with a level steel joist floor adjacent to the track. The second package encompassed area development and tenant improvements: stamped and stained concrete, themed plaster rockwork, custom-fabricated themed handrails, and shotcrete themed walls throughout the queue and exterior. Interior work involved building show set walls, comprehensive theater sound insulation, ride track rail installation, rigging for show lights, and extensive HVAC and electrical systems to support the attraction's audio-animatronic figures and special effects.
