Project Overview

Grand Park Plaza represented a milestone for downtown El Segundo as the first major construction project in over a decade. This sophisticated mixed-use development combines 9 residential apartments on upper floors with 10 retail spaces at street level, all supported by a single-level subterranean parking garage. A notable architectural feature is the elaborate rooftop walkway system providing convenient resident access throughout the building. The project required careful coordination of residential, commercial, and parking construction while managing a constrained downtown site. Completed within 11 months, the development helped catalyze El Segundo's downtown revitalization.
