Project Overview

This historic project involved complete demolition and removal of a 2-story apartment building and a portion of the office building in a constrained urban setting. Construction employed soldier beams with lagging shoring and Type V wood framing sourced from certified forests. The renovation incorporated innovative sustainable materials, recycled content components, enhanced indoor air quality standards, and comprehensive commissioning protocols. Recognized by the US Green Building Council, this project exemplified sustainable design and construction through comprehensive environmental responsibility implementation.
